Delivery Information

For deliveries via our own van, on one of our scheduled delivery runs, in our own service area (Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, County Durham) the following costs apply:-

Orders up to £149.99 will be charged a delivery fee of £10 + VAT

Orders over £150 will be delivered free of charge

Orders sent by courier will incur the following costs:-

All orders over £500 will be shipped free of charge

Orders under this amount for work by Peter Brook, Kate Stephens or Andrea Hunter will incur a shipping charge of no less than £20, and no more than £30, dependent on the products orders. For orders for work by ELLIS the shipping fees, for orders under £500, will be between £25 and £40 due to the size of the artwork.

Any claims for damage, defect, or short delivery must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order by email to office@acartandframing.co.uk 

Lead Times - please note lead times vary throughout the year as we make everything to order. 

Our average lead time for production/delivery of framed/mounted products is under 3 weeks most of the year but, even with additional production in place, this can increase to 4-5 weeks at peak times. Traditionally October to mid December are extremely busy so please do bear this in mind when planning orders.
